The Wii U doesn't use an ARM chipset, so this is unlikely to be possible. From what I understand the fact that both the Vita and Android devices have ARM chipsets that can run ARMv7 instructions (which the Android version of SA is compiled to) meant that the flow was able to just create a wrapper to run the android version natively on the Vita with compatibility and performance patches.
To those hoping for this on the Wii U, I don't know if that is going to be possible without a full decompilation which could take years.
